UPSC CAPF (ACs) Recruitment 2024 form is just out now and this candidate waited for a long time. This exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission Every year. The UPSC is one the most precise exams that every aspirant dreams of. There are many exams conducted by this agency the assistant commandant is one of them. The Center Armed police force is part of the Indian Armed Forces which is responsible for having internal peace. The students who preparing for civil service can check their preparation through this exam because it is conducted by UPSC too. The syllabus for the post is also the same as civil service. Note that the written exam paper is of 250 marks in General Ability and Intelligence and paper 2 is in General Studies, Essay and Comprehension. The 2nd paper is an important one because the syllabus is vast. Students must have physical standards to qualify for the 2nd stage. The physical standards for normal citizens of India and hill area citizens are different as they have different geographies.
UPSC CAPF ACs have the same syllabus as last year. The history has three parts: ancient, medieval and modern history. The geography of India and the world is covered too.

(a) 100 Meters race:
- Males: Complete in 16 seconds
- Females: Complete in 18 seconds
(b) 800 Meters race:
- Males: Complete in 3 minutes and 45 seconds
- Females: Complete in 4 minutes and 45 seconds
(c) Long Jump (3 chances):
- Males: Achieve a distance of 3.5 meters
- Females: Achieve a distance of 3.0 meters
(d) Shot Put (7.26 Kgs.):
- Males: Throw a distance of 4.5 meters
- Females: No specific standard is provided
